Blessed are those whose strength is in you, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.
(Psalm 84:5, NIV)
One thing I have asked from the LORD, that I shall seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to meditate in His temple.
(Psalm 27:4, NASB)

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
The Pilgrimage Internship is a three-month full and part time program designed to take young adults on a spiritual pilgrimage that will equip them to live a life devoted to God in prayer and service throughout their educational and vocational careers. This goal is accomplished through biblical and theological training, extended times in prayer, worship, and intercession, and real-life ministry opportunities. All of these aspects of the internship are facilitated in the context of intentional community where honor, accountability, and love are valued above everything else.
FULL TIME TRACK
The full time track is a residential program. Room and board are covered by tuition, and LHOP will provide housing and program-related transportation. Interns will spend roughly twenty-four hours a week in prayer, worship, and ministry in the prayer room, and another twenty four hours a week in class and performing hands-on ministry and service to the poor and needy. Full time students must be 18+.
PART TIME TRACK
In addition to our full time track, LHOP will also provide a part time track within The Pilgrimage Internship. Part time interns will participate in one teaching session, one prayer room set, and the LHOP Bible Study weekly. They will also read the required texts for the internship, as well as participate in an approved form of regular ministry either with LHOP or their home church. Part time students can be any age and are responsible for their own room, board, and transportation. The part time track requires a minimum commitment of six hours a week.
